Shipping and Return POLICY


All orders (verifiable) are processed within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Depending on the weight of the order, your order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Fashion Necess is proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders purchased online for delivery to the 48 Contiguous States. All other U.S. states will have a shipping cost associated. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to international addresses at this time. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on where the order is being shipped and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping option, shipping date estimates will appear on your cart check out page. Rest assured, all orders are delivered within 5-7 days of purchase. You can retrieve this information below your shipping chart under the 'Getting Shipping Estimates' tab. 

As a customer it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to retrieve your package upon delivery. Your order automatically includes notifications via email and/or text message alerts to keep you abreast of your delivery status. Fashion Necess cannot be held responsible for lost of package due to any negligence on a customer’s part. If declared lost by the carrier, we will re ship the identical product/s initially sent and under no circumstance will we accept return of that item.

Not satisfied with your purchase? We apologize for the inconvenience. We offer a refund or an exchange (one time) within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
****Unfortunately for sanitary reasons for all, we cannot accept returns on undergarment (with a crotch), adhesive bras, bodysuits and swimwear.**** We ask kindly that you, review the sizing chart for each product carefully. All waist trainers and shapewears are tested on actual models to ensure precise fit prior to their release for sale on the Fashion Necess website. The sizing chart for each item varies,and as such, it is recommended to measure your waist (one inch above your belly button) to choose your appropriate size. If you however, do in fact follow each item sizing chart provided to attain your accurate size per your measurements, rest assured any item purchased will be the correct fit. If for any reason you have a question, please do not hesitate to contact Fashion Necess at the various communication channels available. We ask kindly that, you do not pry yourself into a product that is obviously outside of your size range. This act may caused for a return to be refused if it is imminent damage was caused to your waist trainer product due to our customer sizing down.


1. To initiate a refund please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website or by email. Your order number will be required to verify your purchase. After we have confirmed your request for return, we will advise of the instructions to do such. Please include your original packing slip along with the order number. If for any reason you've misplaced your packing slip, please enclose a note with your full name and the order number.

2. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged (torn), worn, soiled, or no longer in the same packaging sold to our customer. Do not bend the returned product/s. All items returned must be in suitable condition for resale.

3. Merchandise must accompany tags, including any hang tags attached.

4. We will reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our criteria for returns such as but not limited to any signs of wear and tear or of any foreign smell such as fragrances and smoke.

5. As the customer you are responsible for all shipping fees associated with sending the package to our return address. If an item is requested to be returned for a reason that is no fault of Fashion Necess, your refund amount will be the original cost less any shipping and handling cost incurred by Fashion Necess to ship the order (a value of up to $9.50)*. It is the customer’s responsibility to mail the returned package with a tracking number and/ or insurance to ensure safe delivery. If the return is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect or defective item, Fashion Necess will pay the return shipping.

6. As a customer, it is also your responsibility to review your confirmation email to make sure your address and/ or order details is correct. Fashion Necess cannot take responsibility for a customer's error or negligence. Items shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer's error or negligence does not qualify for an exchange or refund. Please note only one exchange is allowed per eligible returnable item

7. Any shipping fees charged by Fashion Necess are nonrefundable.

8. Please note for BOGO or Sale items that are refundable, refund will be calculated and the refund will be applied to the item returned which will be calculated at 50% off unless the full order is returned. 

9. Here at Fashion Necess, we meticulously inspects all items prior to shipping to ensure quality on all items mailed. This is done to mitigate any likeliness an item will be delivered to our customer defective. WE DO NOT PRACTICE DROP SHIPPING. ALL MERCHANDISE ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING AND ARE SENT DIRECTLY FROM FASHION NECESS'S FLORIDA WAREHOUSE HERE IN THE U.S.  All returned items as mentioned above will be inspected for signs of wear and tear, any foreign smell, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition mailed to our customer, the request for refund may not be approved or delayed.

If you meet the return requirements please contact us prior to mailing your package. We cannot guarantee refunds if we are not notified prior to the return. It is also imperative to follow the instructions above to provide for a prompt and seamless process of your return.
