ORDER

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Choose the product(s) that you wish to purchase and select the Add to Cart button. Follow through the checkout process by entering your Shipping Address and Billing Information and complete your order. An order number will appear once the order has been completed.

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship to the United States.

3. HOW DO YOU SHIP?

After your order processing is completely, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be delivered by the carrier. Currently, all packages are shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS).

4. HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
5. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes approximately 2-5 business days for shipment to be received for orders within the United States.
6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you an order confirmation via email . However, once your has been shipped a subsequent email and/ or text message will be sent with tracking details. Please await 24-48 hours for this system to update and provide an estimated delivery date.
7. WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?
Your shipment may be delayed until the carrier has updated their records. Please don't be anxious, this update is normally done within 24-48 hours of an order being shipped.

10. I AM UNCERTAIN ABOUT WHAT SIZE I SHOULD PURCHASE? I DON'T KNOW IF A PARTICULAR PRODUCT WOULD SUIT MY NEEDS?
For every product sold on Fashion Neces's website, there is an associated sizing chart. It is imperative to preview the Sizing Charts and follow the Waist Measuring Instructions on the product page to determine the size that would suit you best. 11. WHAT IF AM IN BETWEEN SIZES. WHAT IS THE BEST RECOMMENDATION?
If you are in between sizes it is best to choose the bigger of the two sizes as waist trainers and shapewear are already designed to fit snug based on the sizing chart and this will alleviate you making a purchase for a garment that does not fit. Another rule of thumb is: NEVER SIZE DOWN! Sizing will only make your undergarment uncomfortable which will defeat the entire purpose of wearing it. Stay within your size range so you not only LOOK GOOD but FEEL GOOD all at the same time!
